Flight Training: My first cancelled flight - due to WX

Call from flight instructor around 0700 went something like this:

[RING]

ME:  Good morning sir!

LOU: Good Morning, it isn't.  I don't think you want to drive out here in this weather and we're almost definitely not flying.  Study.

[I HANG UP PHONE AND CURSE MYSELF FOR WAKING UP AT 0600]
